The service

Vocevia is a travel handoff and continuity guide. It helps a traveler organize check-ins, plans, people to call, and protected directions for the people at home.

Vocevia is not an emergency dispatch service, location-monitoring service, legal document repository, password manager, medical record system, or substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of guide content, confirming official callback numbers, choosing appropriate viewers, safeguarding links and phrases, and testing the guide on the device your viewers will use.

• Do not place passwords, PINs, full account numbers, recovery codes, or highly sensitive records in the guide.
• Obtain permission before adding another person's private information or recording them.
• Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to bypass access controls, quotas, or another user's guide.

AI Assist

AI Assist may omit, misunderstand, or misclassify details. Suggestions are drafts. You must review dates, names, phone numbers, itinerary details, and official sources before applying or relying on them.

Paid access

A Single Trip purchase provides one pass that activates viewer sharing for one guide for 90 days, beginning when you apply the pass to that guide. The $99 retail Guided Setup includes one of the same 90-day trip passes plus a 30-minute founder-led setup session, emergency-contact and protected-information review, a family access test on the device they will use, a printable backup packet, and a trip-readiness review.

An eligible signed-in customer with an unused or currently active Single Trip benefit from a Fruglar booking may instead see a $79 Guided Setup upgrade. The upgrade adds the setup service to that existing benefit; it does not create a second trip pass or extend the benefit's sharing period. Eligibility is checked again before checkout, and another Guided Setup cannot be purchased while the account has a paid, in-intake, scheduled, or fulfilled setup order that has not been refunded or canceled.

If Monthly is offered in your account and you subscribe, the plan renews until canceled. While a paid monthly entitlement remains active, you may activate eligible guides and keep their viewer sharing available through the confirmed billing period. If you cancel, sharing continues through the end of that paid period and then deactivates unless another valid entitlement is applied. Your private drafts are not deleted merely because sharing expires.

Prices, taxes, and included services are shown before payment. Stripe processes payment information. Refund eligibility is described in the Vocevia Refund Policy.

Fruglar Travel booking benefit

A confirmed Fruglar Travel booking includes one Vocevia Single Trip activation for the primary traveler or traveling household. The benefit has no cash value, is not transferable, and must be claimed with the email used for the Fruglar booking.

Unused claims expire on the date shown in the private claim link and may be voided if the related travel booking is canceled. A benefit that has already activated a guide may require manual review before any access change is made.

The optional $79 Guided Setup upgrade is a separate setup-service purchase. It does not change the underlying Fruglar booking benefit, and it follows the Guided Setup terms in the Refund Policy.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep Vocevia available and secure, but travel connectivity, third-party providers, devices, and internet service can fail. Keep an appropriate offline backup and test access before departure.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that it will prevent harm, locate a traveler, or produce a particular outcome.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or security-threatening use. You may revoke viewer links or delete a guide at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, disclaimer, and limitation terms, will survive.
