Privacy
Privacy, in plain language.
Vocevia is built for sensitive moments. This policy explains what is stored, what is encrypted, which service providers help operate the product, and the controls available to you.Last updated August 5, 2026Product measurement
Vocevia records a small set of market-readiness milestones, such as opening the Sample Guide, completing sign-in, saving a guide, activating sharing, generating a viewer link, or claiming a Fruglar benefit. These events contain only the milestone name, the product surface, a one-use event identifier, and a timestamp.
Market measurement does not store IP addresses, browser identities, account IDs, email addresses, guide IDs, URLs, referrers, phrases, claim tokens, or customer-entered guide content. Browser Do Not Track is honored, and the product continues to work if measurement is unavailable.
Who operates Vocevia
Vocevia is operated by Primpulsive LLC. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@primpulsive.com.
Information we collect
We collect account details, guide ownership and sharing records, trip and contact information you choose to add, uploaded video or audio, support communications, and technical records needed to secure and operate the service.
- Account information such as email address and sign-in events.
- Guide content such as itinerary details, contacts, instructions, and record-location pointers.
- Payment and order status from Stripe. Vocevia does not receive full card numbers.
- Usage and security records such as rate-limit counters, webhook events, and viewer-link activity.
Protected written sections
Urgent Information and Final Vault written content is encrypted in your browser before upload using phrase-derived keys. Vocevia stores the resulting ciphertext and phrase-derived access tokens, not the plaintext unlock phrase.
Uploaded video and audio is access-controlled by the guide link, phrase token, role path, and Final Vault time gate where applicable. The media bytes themselves are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not record passwords, PINs, account numbers, or recovery codes in media.
Fruglar Travel booking benefits
When Fruglar confirms your travel booking, Fruglar sends Vocevia the customer email and booking reference needed to issue the included Single Trip activation through a private claim link. Vocevia uses the email to deliver and verify the claim. The claim record stores protected hashes of the email and booking reference rather than the original values.
Fruglar does not send your itinerary or other booking details into your Vocevia guide. For advisor-sponsored pilot benefits, ordinary itinerary details are shown for your review and are imported only with your explicit consent. Your advisor cannot see your guide, protected instructions, trusted contacts, or family link, and you can turn off later itinerary updates.
AI Assist
AI Assist runs only after you choose it and confirm that the pasted text may be sent to Vocevia's AI provider for organization. You review every suggestion before it is added to the guide.
Remove credentials, account numbers, policy identifiers, medical record numbers, and other secrets before using AI Assist. Provider processing is governed by the provider settings and terms in effect when the request is made.
Service providers
Vocevia uses Supabase for accounts and structured records, Netlify for hosting, server functions, and guide media storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse protection, and an AI model provider through Netlify AI Gateway when you use AI Assist.
Turnstile performs a security check when you request a sign-in email. Cloudflare describes the limited signals used for this purpose in its Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Retention and deletion
Active guides remain until you delete them or the account is closed. Deleting a guide revokes its viewer links and removes the active shared plan, protected vault copy, and uploaded guide media. Limited billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, dispute, and security purposes.
Infrastructure backups and provider logs may age out according to provider retention schedules. Contact support@primpulsive.com for an account-level access or deletion request.
Your choices
You control what is placed in a guide, who receives a viewer link or phrase, and when a viewer link is revoked. You can export private setup from the guide and delete the shared guide from Save & Share.
