Final privacy and accuracy check

Avoid callback scams

Use a number you can verify independently

Do not rely on a callback number supplied only by someone who unexpectedly calls or texts. Find the organization's main number on its official website, your original booking confirmation, insurance card, or another trusted document. Write that source next to the number so the person at home knows why it is trusted.

Keep secrets somewhere safer

A contact sheet should point, not expose

A printed sheet may be photographed, misplaced, or seen by more people than expected. Include the minimum information needed to begin. For sensitive records, write where the official copy is kept or who can provide it. Never place passwords, PINs, authentication codes, full financial account numbers, or full identity documents on the sheet.
